Relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

Official occupancy and full-scale production commenced in December 2025
3. Overview of the New Base
With a total investment of 200 million yuan and a land area of approximately 40 mu, the new factory boasts a construction area of 35,000 square meters. It is an integrated intelligent industrial park dedicated to the R&D of high-end CNC machine tools, intelligent manufacturing, precision assembly, testing and inspection, as well as modern office operations.
Adopting an ultra-high floor height of 9 meters and a large-span spatial design, the new workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art production and testing equipment. It features an annual production capacity of 2,000 turret-type composite machining machine tools, enabling us to deliver more reliable and high-quality products and services to all clients.

This relocation marks a key step in the company’s strategic upgrading. Production and product delivery have been carried out in an orderly manner throughout the relocation. All existing businesses, cooperative partnerships and service commitments remain unchanged, and all operational activities proceed as normal.
